Longhorn Steakhouse - Niagara Falls

Food was amazing and we had a great time! Steaks were cooked perfectly. Shoutout to the bartender who had double duty serving us, he was great (thank you Dean!

Smells like dirty old carpet as soon as you walk in. Strange person greeting and seating, then they put us next to a hole in ceiling. Waitress was terrible, she didn't deliver the food and never stopped back to ask how it was or if we needed anything. Cook thinks medium rare is the same as raw.

Update: went again today for lunch, group of 3 ppl everyone enjoyed their lunch! Great value for money as the steaks include unlimited bread, a salad and a side! Ate dinner here Sunday evening after a shopping trip in Niagara. Family of 4, we shared the Onion crisp appetizer it was awesome, even my picky son enjoyed them and he never eats onions. I ordered the Ribeye with a loaded baked and salad, steak was cooked perfect, potato was huge but a little under cooked. Wife ordered a sirloin (well done, don't judge) it came out undercooked and we didn't see our waitress after food was delivered so she didn't eat her steak. One kids meal was the steak and its an amazing value for the meal a drink, other child had the kids fingers also a good portion and price. We do enjoy it here as the restaurants are always clean and service is good as is the food and prices. Waitress was very good about the steak not being cooked right and removed from the bill. We will be back for sure!

Unfortunately even though our waitress was personable and funny, she wasn't the best at checking on our table. We were left with empty drinks until we could finally flag someone down, she removed 1 app fish from the table and left approximately 8+ dirty dishes, an empty bread board, and the empty cups on the table from start to end. It was quite cramped at the end of the meal! Our plates must have sat in the window for quite a while because when we got them, the food was like warm at best and my steak was still mooing! I asked for mid/mid well and I got rare. I'm surprised the butter I finally got was actually able to melt in my potato! The check was messed up and it ended up that we were actually double charged for our meal at two different prices, and finally, after 6 days, they finally refunded our money we were owed, and that was after I notified them online through X! Unfortunately this isn't the only time there was a mess up here. The last time we got takeout and they gave our bag to someone else, and before they brought it back inside they decided to take the bread, utensils and a couple other things from our bag. When it was returned, the restaurant decided to just give us the bag without checking it again and when I got home I noticed things were missing. Not to mention the fact I paid almost $30 for a small 6oz cut and had a few pieces of broccoli... Very disappointing. That situation should have been handled differently. After it being returned, they should have scrapped the bag and started over with the whole order!! How does anyone know if those other people did something to out food, besides taking some stuff they obviously wanted for themselves!!

Our first time there and the food was absolutely amazing. Savannah was on top of the service making us feel welcome. Definitely going back.
