Sprout Health Foods - Newquay

I was thrilled to discover this café just off the high street, offering an array of gluten-free and vegan baked goods and treats. The cakes are primarily made from raw ingredients. After searching for about half an hour for a gluten-free Cornish pasty, I was directed to this wonderful shop. The gluten-free pasty was delicious, and the gluten-free brownie was equally delightful! I highly recommend visiting this place if you're gluten-free and happen to be in Newquay!
