Bojangles - Newport

I took someone to this restaurant. I did not enjoy the food there.

Eating is always thrown together, barely opened in time, and the workers can sometimes be quite rude.

Too sorry to put a note on the door saying the dining room is closed! Sign clearly indicated dining room should have been open. Come on folks, it's not that hard!

I visit this restaurant often, but the service is consistently slow and the food is often served cold.

Although my order was a bit confusing, the restaurant charged us for three meals instead of two. The manager corrected the mistake, but then put our credit card in his pocket. It wasn't a big issue as we eventually got it back. There were no straws or napkins provided, which was annoying, but we had some extras in the car. Unfortunately, they gave me spicy chicken which I couldn't eat when I got home. I hope they improve their service in the future.
