Tendercrop Farm - Newbury

I concur with the woman who describes this restaurant as peculiar, but it is even more than that. In this day and age, it's disappointing that they have not embraced regenerative or organic practices in their development, which is inexplicable. Yesterday, I drove past a cattle pasture in 97-degree weather and saw that the cows had no shade to rest in. I questioned where their milk cows were, but the presence of fertilizers indicated that these poor animals are solely intended for that purpose. This is not ethical breeding.

The restaurant offers excellent meat, produce, and drinks. However, the bread is not very good. It is a well-established and reliable spot where customers get good quality for what they pay. I highly recommend it, but be aware that it is not a budget-friendly option.

I am a regular at Tendercrop because the meat is consistently fantastic and has an amazing flavor. The local products they offer are also top-notch.

I went in and almost cried. the deck is simply stunning. the man behind the meat counter helped me to choose what I cook for dinner and the products were fresh and the staff is super sweet! Do I wish to live closer?

The freshest food. I especially like shopping here. The meat selection is great. I feel good knowing the animals and the land are treated with respect.
