First, when we got to the order window we weren’t acknowledged until we said “hello”. Multiple people in line in front of us were driving around and away from the line, which should have been our first warning. By the time we got to the window, I was handed a drink that was very obviously made wrong. I ordered an iced chai tea latte, which I’ve had dozens of times before so I know what it looks like. Pic is what I received. When I expressed that I thought it was wrong to the girl at the window she rolled her eyes and said that’s what it looks like.
I want a refund...my frappuccino was literally 90% caramel syrup. Not made in accordance with usual Starbucks guidelines.
Still three cars ahead of us in the drive thru and it’s been 25 minutes…
Didn't get my food but got my coffee. Extremely disorganized. Staff are headless chickens.
