Pizzavile - New Tecumseth

The pizza is good. In fact it's one of my favourite cheap pizza take out places. Too bad the service is so dreadful. They lost my phone in order. I waited for another pizza to be made. They didn't apologize for the wait. They didn't provide a discount on the pizza. Nothing. All I really wanted was an I'm sorry for the inconvenience. And really....have they not noticed that it's spelled Pizza-VILE everywhere? That doesn't sound appetizing, does it?

I have had a many different pizzas from a number of Alliston stores and pizzaville reminds me and comes close to the pizza I had in Rome and Florence Italy.

Ugh. We gave Pizzaville more than three opportunities to redeem themselves because we liked their gourmet pizza options. The first time the pizza was over cooked and arrived lukewarm. The second time one of the pizzas was not even what we ordered (they switched out two of the toppings for cheaper ones ie goat cheese for mozzarella ). We realized this after the delivery guy left of course. The third and final time, they did a swap for ingredients again even after I mentioned our issue with the previous delivery. Bad on us for not checking the pizza before the delivery guy left ... But really, should you have to do that? So we will no longer be ordering from Pizzaville. Too bad because on their menu they do have some good options - but buyer beware ... You may want to check your order before the delivery person leaves your house.

It's unfortunate that some people have had such long wait times and poor customer service here. My experience at this pizza place has always been good. The pizza is always done within the 15-20min time estimate, it is always fresh and delicious. The meat is not all chopped up (full slices of bacon on the pizza), they have good deals and comfortable seating arrangements in the store. The dough they use to make their pizza is delicious, they have gluten free options and they make the pizza right in front of you. I enjoy my experience here and only rate one other pizza place in town above it.

Pizza is always great and service too. My whole family loves Pizzaville. We won't order pizza from anyone else.
