Kiki Asian Cuisine - New Tecumseth

The food lacked proper seasoning; I ordered the Szechuan Beef with mixed vegetables, but it was overly thickened and smothered in sauce. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and polite. However, the restaurant's lighting was quite harsh, as they used high-lumen LEDs. I would recommend removing four of the lights. Overall, I'd rate the food a 1, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 2.

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. It would have been tough to match the standards of Spring Basil, but this place fell short. The food ranged from bland to outright terrible, with the only somewhat acceptable dish being a watery Pad Thai. To make matters worse, the staff was inattentive and got our order wrong. The menu seemed disorganized and haphazard, mixing South Asian and Chinese dishes, and both that we tried were unsatisfactory. Perhaps they're still getting settled since they just opened, but it will be a while before I'm willing to give them another shot.

The food was decent and the portion sizes were reasonable. However, it wasn't authentic Chinese cuisine; it was more along the lines of what you might find in a small town. My order was ready in under an hour. Personally, I prefer placing my orders over the phone rather than online.

Ever since spring basil was gone the food is not as good, the chicken does not compare, it’s not as good quality and those noodles made me gag, eating it was just an awful experience, i was on the verge of throwing up. And the student menu prices are over the top for that awful quality. GOD i would not be surprised if I got food poisoning from it! 12 dollars for noodles and 4 pieces of chicken spring basil wouldve gave more. I would not be surprised if this place went out of business in like 3 months! never setting foot in there again!!!

Very poor, staff wonder around like they don't care. Food very averagr not a patch on Spring basil, service is dreadful. Don't see it being open 12 mths. Guess the school kids will use it. But for dinning in it's a Big No!!! Service: Dine in
