Pj's Coffee On Poydras - New Orleans

I visited New Orleans and stopped by this cafe for an iced coffee, and it was excellent! The flavor was great, the staff was friendly, and there was a wide selection of pastries. It is a bit on the pricey side, but definitely worth it! I made some friends while I was there, and they were enjoying P.J.’s as well. I highly recommend checking it out!

Located directly across from the Dome, this spot offers fantastic views! The seating is spacious and varied, and the corner location adds to its charm. However, there were quite a few gnats, which made it difficult to fully enjoy my sandwich due to the constant flying pests. The trash bins were a bit overflowing, which might have contributed to the issue. Despite that, it was still a pleasant coffee shop!

This is the dirtiest PJs I've ever visited. The restroom was disgusting and lacked supplies. The storage area was visible and looked neglected. All the customer-facing shelves were splattered with coffee and in poor condition. The espresso tasted like the machine hadn't been cleaned in ages. The cooler for milk and other beverages was shocking. The ice bin had mold along the edges where it opens and closes. While it's clear they were busy before I arrived, the overall state of the place seems to be the result of long-term neglect. Someone really needs to come in during off hours to deep clean and sanitize the space. I understand some places might be less clean due to their clientele and location, but this establishment is located in the business district. I only gave it three stars because the staff members were friendly. Also, they were out of coconut milk.

I went to this PJs location for the first time Tuesday morning and didn?t stay long. The music was really enjoyable and the worker was really nice and friendly. She had really good energy as if it was 1 in the afternoon instead of 6am. There was a few small gnats flying but overall I loved it.

Walked here for Scones for office meeting. Purchased 4 Raspberry white Chocolate scones..get to the office they are HARD ad a brick..waled back...I told they Manager that they must be from previous day...he actually AGREED! WHY SELL BAD STEAL PRODUCTS TO CUSTOMER..FIRST time at this location.. I WONT EVER COME BACK...SMH One of the workers...a really big Spanish girl name Bella thought this situation was funny. I work in the Federal building I told everyone at the meeting that they are selling old food items
