Valhalla Inn - NEW DENVER

This is the only hotel in New Denver and it is the perfect location within the community. Everything was walkable, did not use my vehicle the whole time we were there. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and for once in a hotel I slept through the night. The pub was easy to access and the restaurant that was onsite had excellent food. Looking forward to staying at this hotel as a yearly event for Garlic Fest. Service: 5

Wow what an incredible experience we had at this adorable inn! The room was super clean and fresh! It was our anniversary and they gave us sweet and thoughtful lil treats to make us feel so special! Sabrina was so helpful with some excellent recommendations for the area! Such a hardworking and friendly family running this awesome gem! The food was so tasty and very well made! We will definitely be back to visit this amazing inn again!

As a BC Wildfire employee, travelling is part of my job and I have stayed at many hotels throughout the years. Although the Valhalla Inn doesn’t have the fancy features you get at a 5 star hotel, it has been by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had. The staff and owners were so kind to myself and all my other coworkers, providing later services for our funky schedules, and making sure we were taken care of just like mom would do! Seriously the best hospitality with the kindest most friendly staff you will ever find. Thank you Valhalla Inn for making our lives easier and more comfortable during our stay! I will be returning to this beautiful town for a vacation and would 12/10 stay here again.

Rooms: The rooms were basic, but it had everything you need including a small fridge. Lots of room to store your necessities. Good value for price paid. Walkability: Close to the beach and Nikkei center Food drinks: Drink prices are very reasonable. Noteworthy details: The staff were friendly and courteous.
