Monroe's Crossing - New Carlisle

I can’t say enough good things about this place! They handled all the catering for my wedding, and it was absolutely outstanding. The service was exceptional, and every member of the staff was incredibly supportive with everything we needed. The bartenders even stepped in to help clear away the empty plates from the tables. We arrived an hour early for our reception, and they were fully prepared to serve everyone right away. I’m so grateful for all their hard work, which made everything run smoothly! And the food was fantastic! I highly recommend them for any event!

I drove 45 minutes to get to this restaurant, and it was worth every minute. The breakfast I had was the best I've enjoyed in a long time. I ordered the prime rib special, and it was absolutely remarkable. Our waitress, Zena, was fantastic, and the service overall was exceptional! The owner even checked in to see how everything was. After we left, both owners joined the guests in the dining room for breakfast. I definitely plan to return!

Monroe's Crossing played a key role in planning a surprise 80th birthday celebration for my mother. Leslie and the team were fantastic! They were friendly, professional, and had a great sense of humor. The views around us were stunning, and the food was exceptional! I am incredibly grateful for the effort they put in to make my mother's day so special. I highly recommend visiting them—you won't be disappointed!

I had my bridal shower this weekend. The staff was so helpful with everything and went beyond and beyond! The food was also fantastic! They offer such a wide range of food for events. We made some soups, sandwiches and an Italian pasta salad and the quality was so great. We also had a Mimosa Fountain over which my guests shaved and made great fun. The back room also has a great view of the lake. This is definitely a great place to have every meeting, and I would like to have an event there again!

If you're in the area, you should stop by monroe's crossing. We stopped by for breakfast one morning and drinks and appetizers the next. The food and drinks were very good and reasonably priced! I'd recommend the goat cheese bites and hand battered onion rings. Not only was the food great, Stephanie and Nick were very accommodating.
