China's Best - New Carlisle

Absolutely the worst experience. I called to let them know that my fried food was drenched in sauce that was so salty it was inedible. They responded with the same excuse. I've spent a lot of money there over the years, but I won’t be returning. They refuse to acknowledge their mistakes, and I certainly won't make the mistake of ordering from them again.

The most unfriendly lady who works there! absolutely hating! from there has been ordered for years....no more! eating has no taste, since this family has taken over. I'm sorry, but I'm done with this place.

I really enjoy coming here for the large egg rolls and fried rice. I've tried everything on the menu!

I called and ordered sweet and sour chicken with white rice, as well as an order of crab rangoon. The woman who took my order over the phone had a rather unpleasant tone and came across as a bit rude. When I picked up my order, the restaurant looked very busy and disorganized. Once I got home and tried the food, the rice was the only thing that was decent. The crab rangoon and chicken were burnt to a crunchy consistency, almost like chewing on hard candy. I called the restaurant to express my concerns, and they informed me that they would only offer a refund or a replacement if I brought back the entire order.

This place is a joke. I wish I could give it 0 stars. They messed up our order and my husband went into there and asked them to remake it or a refund. The lady yelled at him and called him names. We thought we would try again today I called them and she cussed and yelled at me. Said she wasn't going to sell to us anymore because she had to give us a refund. If I were you I would stay far away from this place.
