Dairy Queen Grill Chill - New Albany

This restaurant offers delicious food and excellent service, but it is always crowded. If you don't mind waiting a bit for your order, you'll have a great experience. The staff is hardworking and efficient, but there is often a line when I visit.

Tonight was my first time ordering from this restaurant through the app. I was able to easily place my order and pay online. The only problem was that there was a computer error, as the restaurant did not receive my order. I sent my children to pick up the order for me and they were informed of the issue. The manager was very kind to my children and quickly resolved the issue without any problems. Thank you to the amazing service team for their excellent service!
