Il Patio - Nemchinovka

This is outrageous. I came here with my small child, who eats fruit puree and doesn’t have any teeth yet. One star is too generous, and here’s why: The waiter, Dmitry, told me to remove my food, saying that I couldn't bring my own. Excuse me, where am I supposed to feed my child? In the elevator? I ordered a Coke to drink out of a bottle, and he opened it somewhere away from me and brought it back, even though he should have opened it in front of me. I won't even mention the glass that he also forgot to bring! The waiter spoke in a rude tone.

We went out for dinner on a weekend and found a comfortable spot we liked. The interior and atmosphere are pleasant, and the staff is polite. However, there's a drawback: the service is only quick when the restaurant is empty. Once it started filling up, there were delays. We enjoyed all the dishes we ordered, but the pizza was a bit dry, with a lot of the slice lacking sauce or toppings. We ordered the large Milano pizza. We also had to order tea to go with the pizza, and it took a long time to arrive; the waiter apologized for the delay. The "New Hearth" soup and the salmon salad were excellent—really delicious. The soup was hearty, with a rich tomato and meat flavor. Overall, we would consider returning, but there are a few things that could be improved.

At Il Patio, you'll find the best pizza and possibly the best pasta in Moscow. The service is also among the finest. 5 stars!

We ordered food and the person taking our order, Gulia, said nothing alarming as she added the chicken. She then quietly picked up the pizza and left. We had already paid. We waited for another 15 minutes with no communication. The staff's attitude towards customers is very careless. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5.

I visited this restaurant today. The couches were dirty. The bartender spilled lemonade all over the table and just walked away without cleaning it up! I ordered a tuna salad, but what I received was something else entirely—the egg was stale, and the beans were hard. It felt like the salad had been prepared in advance and taken out of the fridge. And by the way, it cost 760 rubles! I haven't seen such a disaster in a long time. I won’t be returning there again! Service: Dine-in.
