Blink Coffee - Nelson

What a fantastic spot! You can catch the aroma of coffee wafting from the main street. They serve the best Chai Latte in New Zealand—it's called King Chai. I noticed that the barista used a powder instead of syrup, which might be the secret. Or perhaps it was the South Island glass bottle of milk that reminded me of the real milk from the '80s. Whatever it was, it was divine! If you're having trouble locating this place, it's just about 7 meters down an alleyway. The barista is very friendly and open to a chat while he works his magic on the beans. My wife had a latte that she said was expertly crafted, and she firmly believes that the milk makes all the difference.

It's a tiny hole-in-the-wall restaurant, but the skim lattes are excellent, the service is quick and friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Without a doubt, the best coffee in Nelson! I drive 20 kilometers every Saturday just to enjoy this amazing coffee. I absolutely love it!
