Hong Kong Buffet - Neenah

My husband and I decided to celebrate my new job and avoid cooking in this hot weather! Last night, he suggested Chinese food, and we chose Hong Kong Buffet. Thanks to my new phone, we easily found the restaurant's contact details and estimated waiting time. From the moment we walked in, I fell in love all over again! The food is incredibly fresh and tastes like homemade cooking. The spring rolls were fantastic, and I think I ate six dim sums! I also enjoyed the egg drop soup, paired with a soy sauce mixture and spicy chili oil. What I appreciated the most was not feeling thirsty later; the salt level was just right. The staff was very attentive and provided excellent service, evident in every detail. I loved seeing families enjoying their meals together, which made me miss our children. I can't wait to gather with them this Christmas. Thank you, Hong Kong Buffet, for making our evening special!

Every time we visit this restaurant, we're always happy. The staff is excellent, the food is great with plenty of options, and the prices are wonderful. It's definitely one of my favorite spots!

We have a Hong Kong buffet near us in North, MI, but it doesn't come close to this variety. It was such a treat! We’ll definitely be back. All the food was warm and plentiful, and whenever a tray ran low, it was promptly refilled. Since it was still the COVID era in April 2022, they provided masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer at the buffet line for those who wanted extra protection. About 30% of the patrons chose to wear gloves, while others didn't—it’s a personal choice, but it’s really nice to see the business offering such measures. Excellent job by this establishment!

We went to the first day we moved from North Michigan when we were away for an hour. We expected the same quality as this. This is sooo much better, the food was fresh, hot and tasty. The selection of buffets was amazing. Something for everyone. The staff made us the second place when we entered the door, and the two young lady was so friendly. We came there at 17.00, the usual dinner hour, and it began to fill after our arrival. Very spacious, not crowded. Nice place to eat. We love it!!

Decent buffet, they do a good job keeping it stocked but when it’s busy you may wait a bit for things like lo mein or crab rangoons. I actually prefer their take out because the food is freshly prepared.
