Puckett's Downtown Nashville

Actually tried going here twice and we gave it a second chance. The second time my wife's food was biscuits and gravy and was horrible had some weird taste in it. My food was okay but our customer service was not very good. It took a long time for the waitress to come back to us after she'd given us our menus and then another host tried to help us. And she caught an attitude with that other host who was trying to help us.

Food was excellent; atmosphere was a little loud but it was the weekend. Will definitely go back again.

We had an awesome experience here! Everyone was so friendly that it felt like family. Heidi, Nick, Noe and Doug were wonderful and made our time there most enjoyable!

Amazing all way around ! Even dessert . Definitely my fave restaurant in downtown .

Our waiter was fantastic!!! Douglas was his name! Kid-friendliness: Super friendly!!!
