Always with a loud “Hello”, food is always quality and the cashier Kim even noticed that I would often come and how she would read my student ID (this subway accepts Bruin Bucks from Belmont) her my name and told me that she would try to remember in the future. This is the customer service there.

The girl who started my sandwich was great. The guy who took over for the toppings was terrible. He was wearing gloves while taking cash payments at the register and coming directly to touch sandwiches with the same gloves...as if they were meant to protect his hands. He was clearly a thoughtless, gross person. Blech.
