The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly, but if you decide to visit, you might want to bring your own seasonings. The mac and cheese tasted like plain noodles with a canned sauce poured on top, the cornbread was served cold, and the potatoes were bland, although thankfully they were not instant. Unfortunately, the meat was quite dry. Overall, the staff were delightful, but the food left much to be desired.

If you're feeling a bit blue, you should definitely stop by this restaurant. The staff are incredibly friendly, reminding you just how kind people can be. It has a warm, homey atmosphere. Plus, the food is absolutely delicious!

I was disappointed with the two-meat sampler I ordered. I was expecting smoked meats, but what I got wasn't that at all. The ribs were baked in the oven and covered in barbecue sauce, and the chicken was just a baked chicken breast, also slathered in BBQ sauce, rather than a quarter piece. Overall, it wasn't what I had hoped for.

I ordered the 2 meat sampler with brisket and smoked turkey. The turkey was incredibly dry (inedible), the brisket was okay (but lacked any flavor), and the sides were okay (fried okra and onion rings). I remember why we ate here once and a few years ago and haven’t been back until now. Also, the lady at the front register was incredibly rude! I placed my order online 20 minutes ahead of time. Arrived by the time they said my order would be ready. Once I made it to the register, I told the lady I had an online pick up order and she yelled at me it’d be 20 minutes. She didn’t bother asking my name or my order to even check it was ready. I told her I placed my order online 20 minutes ago, and before I could get another word out she started barking at me that they are busy and they can only do what they can do. The woman behind her intervened and asked my name I told her and she advised that my order was indeed already ready!!! She packed me up and I was out the door! Very disappointing overall.

The food was edible but salt/pepper will go perfect with pulled pork. Also, the associate took offense when I asked her about menu. Just moved to the area! Probably will not do a return trip
