New York Style Pizza and Pasta

Visited here after we had visited the downtown location - quite a bit of difference. The ambiance is not as nice, quite crowded and the food was not as good - surprise as you would expect both locations to be the same, perhaps it was the cook. Would not go back to this location again.

We had the best pizza, ever, here in this city. The place is quite small, only consists of 6 tables; 5 can sit 4 and one to sit 6/8. Food is very good. Service is very slow. We spent over an hour there to have a pizza for dinner! Mind you, good food takes time. My advice? Order take out and eat at home.

The service was fantastic, the salad was amazing, and the pizza was the best I have ever had - it tasted even better the following day.

I have never had a disappointing meal at this restaurant. Their Manhattan salad is possibly the best salad in the area. We typically order the personal pizza meal which includes the salad, and they always provide complimentary bread at the start. The service is consistently great, and the atmosphere is cozy and pleasant. I am shocked by the one-star review among all the four and five-star ratings. The reviewer initially mentioned a potential three-star rating, so it is unclear why they ultimately rated it one star. They should learn how to properly rate their experiences.

After returning from Vancouver, we decided to have dinner at this restaurant. We had previously dined at the downtown location, but we were extremely impressed with the excellent service at this location. Our waitress was efficient and attentive, and the salad was amazing. The pizza was hot and delicious. We definitely plan on returning in the future. Great job all around.
