Jack In The Box - Nameoki

No napkins none of the sauces I requested with my mobile order. Smh. Get to the counter and they always seem to scurry away. Be pretty dead every time I walk in, but they always seem to jack something up with the order. I understand it fast food all that jazz, but have a bit a pride in what you do. We'll taste it in the food. Tried walking in for carryout one week and again they scurried liked coachroahes when they saw me approaching the door, just to be greeted with it being locked 8pm on a Wednesday. Subjecting me to the drive thru, which was a drugged out horrendous experience of 15-20 mins just to get a mobile order that should have been in the process at least. Salt on the wound was that the heffer had the nerve to forget my tacos, taking FOREVER to engage me on the intercom yet again, just to have them right next to her (Mind you, I was the only other car bedside another that ended up leaving after I cranked up my music waiting for someone to address me on the intercom. Pathetic, really.

Hello, I came to this restaurant around 6:30pm Friday and the crew was so friendly and respectful the girl took my order and when I got to the window she repeated my order and she asked me did I need any sauce with my order, the young lady on her side was packing the food and when I got my food everything was hot and ready 10 out of 10 must try again. Ordered from Uber eats. I ordered two Sourdough Jacks with extra tomatoes. I ended up with no tomatoes, no bacon, no cheese, and extra sadness. Dafuq man!?

Came here after being told at the other store that they were out of tacos at 4:18 in the after noon. Was instructed if I ordered tacos here I'd have to come inside. Employees were unruly and very loud in the back. Update on 2/9/24 employee inside yelling the F word over and over could hear it clearly from the drive thru .

Got my order and it’s a bitten chicken sandwich in my bag . That it didn’t order but yet my sandwich wasn’t in the bag. How does this happen
