Penn Station East Coast Subs

Lovensome Penn Station just not this location. It's ALWAYS a problem here. Customer service is legit nothing...wouldn't even give a 1 star for that I try ordering online so I don't have to wait a million years for my food and get there to pick up to have to still wait for it...then they will tell it will be ready soon ...then when food is ready instead of calling out the order or calling you over for it they will just let it sit there and not say anything at all...I just realized my last time here...it's not EVER worth it to go here lol I'll wait till I'm in areas of Penn Stations locations that actually care about making food right and on time and just even an once of customer service

Worst wait time ever shouldn’t have to wait 45 min for a sandwich probably need to retrain your grill guy if he’s dropping 1 sandwich when he has 10 on the screen never will be returning.

Customer service was lacking this particular day, but the food was amazing

Completely ignored when I went in there, they had to remake the food we ordered 0/10

As usual the food was absolutely delicious! I prefer the Phillies from here than the ones in actual Philly!
