We ordered for the first time on the app for delivery. my good was cold and incorrect. i ordered three cheese quesadillas and they both had chicken. none of the quesadillas had the salsa that is supposed to come with them. I tried calling the phone number several times with no answer.

We order from here through the app and every time we go there the shake is super watered down. It’s almost like they’ve been told to add extra ice because the ingredients are getting expensive. I guess we need to keep driving down the road to the one in Surfside?! So disappointed. We keep trying to give benefit of the doubt but it’s just not ok to let it go anymore.

The app took an order for my food And charged me during normal business hours p.m. however when I arrive the store was closed. I went to the other location to see if my order went there and they said no… See more

The app let's you order delivery. We placed an order, waited over an hour (thinking ok, they are just busy) called their phone number several (like times) which they never picked up once. Finally, we go to find out what is going on just for them to tell us, Oh, We don't deliver So, with my order I placed I had to enter my phone number which no one from this restaurant felt would be courteous to call and let us know. Smoothies were warm and food was cold..... Our office will not be doing that again.

Unbelievably slow. I’ve placed my order at the drive through and given up after waiting over minutes numerous times. Today was the last time though. Not only did I get tired of waiting but two cars behind me left as well
