American Deli - Murphyville

I waited for 25 mins for my order I watched at least 10 people come in and order and all get their food before me

This specific American Deli on Duluth hwy is always great.

Before I could even pick up my order the younger girl who answered the phone , was so rude .. no sort of greeting and didn’t even tell me a time when my food would be ready. I tried calling back and she sent it to voicemail ! Waste of time and money

Off Duluth highway. Located near Applebees. Limited parking. Limited indoor seating. Die I or take out. Best known for their wings. Delivery services will have to go inside to pickup. This location has a policy to check or confirm your order before you pay because they will not remake your order or refund. This baffled me because a woman entered this restaurant on 10/4/2023 and ordered 2 wing meals that came with fries. When the employee showed her the cyst her order she said she didn’t want the fries. The manager issued her a refund o the fries. I could not understand why they broke the policy for her. This is bad customer service and is why I rated it low I service. This policy cannot be applied to some people and not all.

The food is good but I order online because the young girl cashier with the fancy make up always has an attitude. Sometimes when I order online, parts of my orders are always missing. Especially the seasoning salt or the extra sauces I order through uber. Never ordering here again which is unfortunate for me :
