The kids insisted on visiting this restaurant after watching the Outer Banks series on Netflix. They were thrilled to eat at a place they recognized from the show. The food was excellent, the staff was friendly, and everything was served promptly.

First of all, yes, that rather questionable establishment with a red door and no sign is indeed the restaurant. It appears quite rundown, both inside and out. The interior is hot and minimalistic, and the windows are opaque. We discovered this place while driving around, trying to avoid the parking fees at our intended restaurant, and we're really glad we did. Don't be misled by the exterior. We had an amazing time at this restaurant! The food was excellent, and I highly recommend trying the banana pudding for dessert. My family and I visited because we are fans of the Netflix show Outer Banks, and it was a fantastic experience to dine in the locations featured in the show. We enjoyed our time even more thanks to the friendliness of the staff. One unique aspect we encountered was that we got to circle our menu choices as a way of placing our order. As I mentioned, the food was delicious, and we can't wait to return!

Out of town and found this hidden gem. Saturday evening wait time was reasonable. While your wait they have s outdoor bar with awesome views. Went with the grilled shrimp 8 oz and she crab soup. That 8 oz comes with sides. Definitely didn't go wrong with this meal. Would definitely recommend to find this place and try it out. You have my thumbs up!

Our wedding planner recommended The Wreck for our rehearsal brunch and we are so glad she did! Allison was great to work with, very accommodating and provided our northern wedding party with a true low country experience. The low country boil was amazing and the bartender was great too! Everyone complimented how great the place, staff and food was!
