Kfc - Mountain View

I placed an order over the phone and arrived 20 minutes before closing time to pick it up. When I entered the restaurant, no one came to the front counter to give me my food. I stood there calling out "Hello?" and "Excuse me?" for 10 minutes, but the 3 employees were busy cleaning in the back, playing loud music, and ignoring me completely. Despite my efforts to get their attention, they did not acknowledge me or even look in my direction. I even removed my mask and yelled past the plastic divider at the counter, but still did not receive my food.

The fried chicken from KFC is delicious, but it tends to be too salty for my liking and not the healthiest option. I went to the restaurant to get dinner but left empty-handed. If you're feeding a large group, you can order buckets, biscuits, and sides, but most menu items come with soda or extras that I didn't want. I tried to create a meal for three people but ultimately gave up on their meal deals and went elsewhere to eat.

I ordered the spicy mac and cheese, but they mistakenly gave me the regular version. The sandwiches are satisfactory, but the prices for other items on the menu are exorbitant.

Kinda slow! The cashier help only on at a time. There where three employees working. Seems like they treat the online orders with higher priority than ones stand in line. Once order was taken, it was quick! There were 5 people in line when my orderwas taken.

I had a wonderful experience at this KFC restaurant: the crispy chicken was delicious, and the corn was served piping hot.
