Pancheros Mexican Grill - Mount Laurel

I stopped by for lunch with my son, and we both ordered quesadillas—he had chicken while I chose pork. Both were quite tasty. My favorite part of the meal was the queso and chips! We also enjoyed salsa, pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream to complement the chips. While our lunch was a bit on the pricier side, we did order quite a few items along with two sodas. The atmosphere was very quiet, but I noticed a lot of people picking up takeout orders. The restaurant is practicing social distancing with the seating arrangement. Overall, I really enjoyed the food.

I used to frequent this restaurant often, but over the last five or six months, it has really declined. The staff is very disrespectful; some employees don’t even acknowledge your presence, while others seem irritated when interacting with customers. The only polite person I encountered recently actually spat on the floor while handing me my order. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant has deteriorated along with the service. Lately, there’s been an unpleasant odor in the air—like a combination of a dirty mop bucket, bleach, and floor cleaner.

I really enjoy Panchero's and visit often. Recently, I found myself in Mount Laurel on Route 38 and decided to stop by with my emotional support dog. Unfortunately, the manager shouted rudely in front of everyone that I couldn't bring my dog inside. I've never had issues at other restaurants with my dog, especially since I usually hold her in my arms. Instead of yelling and embarrassing me, it would have been more appropriate to have a sign indicating that dogs aren't allowed. It seems like the manager could benefit from some additional training. – Vicky

On March 19, 2022, at 1:30 PM, I had an unsatisfactory experience at this restaurant. This was my third time ordering a burrito without beans, but once again it arrived with beans. I specifically asked the man behind the counter, Luis R, to make sure there were no beans in my order. Instead of acknowledging my request, he placed my food on the counter with an evident negative attitude and walked away without saying anything.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff appeared unfriendly and made me feel like I was an inconvenience, even though I was the only customer in line at 5:30 on a Tuesday evening. When my shrimp bowl arrived, it was unappealing, and the chicken burrito I ordered was equally unsatisfactory. Pancheros really needs to make improvements at this location. After several attempts, I can genuinely say that I'm done with this restaurant.
