Ordered $50 worth of food on the mobile app. The manager stated they couldn’t find the order even with proof of paying and the proper McDonald’s location. The manager said that they have nothing to do with the app and refused to give me her name. She also stated that this happens all the time. Prompting me to ask why she still does have a solution to the issue besides telling people to call a number that she doesn’t even know. Good help is obviously hard to come by these days.
Worst customer service!!!I ordered my food on the app, about $45 worth. Once I arrived, I received a notification that they charged my debit card. I gave them my order number at the drive thru and they stated they never got it. I showed my receipt on the app stating I had paid for my food and that I was at the correct location. They refused to give us the food we paid for. A minute later the app said thank you for your order. Which only sends when you “pick up” your food! The over night manager said “I don’t know what you want me to do” “I am doing my job”I just can’t give you almost $50 worth of food. Even though I know you paid for it.They also refused to give me their name and said to Google support lolHow you work at McDonald’s and don’t know your support number?I went home with no food but paid $45 for someone to not do their job!
The Night Shift manager was incapable of doing her job. We had paid for an order on the mobile app. Showed proof we paid for it and would not give us our food. Somehow the code wasn’t going through. And she wasn’t able to do anything about it. And just told us to call McDonald’s and look for the number somewhere on google. But corporate was closed. She just shut the window and left.
I never received what I paid for. I called to report the issue, and they assured me that they would bring me the missing items when I arrived with my receipt. However, when I got there, they accused me of lying and said they couldn't assist me with my account. It was absolutely ridiculous.
