Dunkin' - Mount Arlington

I placed a mobile pickup order and found the service to be quick, with my orders always correct. However, I have consistently encountered an issue with the temperature of their food and hot drinks, which are often only lukewarm. At first, I thought it might be my fault, thinking the order might have sat too long before I picked it up. However, during my last two visits, I waited in the parking lot and went into the store almost immediately after placing my order. I even observed them packing my items, and they kept the bag folded shut despite the warm weather outside. Yet, by the time I got to my car, the food was barely warm. I can't help but wonder if they're pre-cooking and reheating the items, or if they might be using low power. I've returned multiple times because it's convenient, but I'm unsure what's going on. I really hope they can improve this aspect.
