Often, restaurants advertised online can look much better than they actually are, leading to disappointment. However, we were absolutely blown away by our experience! The restaurant is stunning in person, far exceeding the photos. The food was of fantastic quality, with generous portions that were incredibly delicious. The service was excellent as well. Here’s a tip: if you don’t see something on the drink menu that you want, just ask! We wanted a Chablis that wasn’t listed, and they ended up having three options available in the back. We’re so glad we asked, as the wine we chose was fabulous. Overall, it was a fantastic experience—11 out of 10 stars!
Regrettably, the lovely atmosphere and decor of the restaurant were overshadowed by the fact that my friend and I experienced food poisoning after sharing the seafood platter. Spending $250 only to be sick for 48 hours is not worth it. Additionally, when I reached out to them to discuss my experience, I was ignored, which suggests they don't take food safety seriously. I will definitely not be returning or recommending this restaurant to anyone.
I can't recommend 8 at Trinity highly enough. The portions are very generous and the prices are reasonable. The staff is incredibly helpful and polite. A special thanks to our waitress, Paige, for making our visit such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be returning! The only minor issue we encountered was the sudden arrival of some flies when our main meal was served, but we understand that open-air dining in Australia comes with that. Overall, a fantastic dining experience! Service: Dine in
