Southern Southern Eatery - Morgan City

The food was outstanding, easily deserving a perfect score. The service was excellent, contributing to a wonderful dining experience, even for takeout. The atmosphere was equally impressive, making it a great choice for dinner. I highly recommend trying the Grilled Fish, Grilled Seafood, and Grilled Shrimp – they were all delicious!

The staff at this restaurant is friendly and very knowledgeable. They offer a variety of dishes, including fried and grilled fish, shrimp, oysters, stuffed shrimp, crab legs, and chicken. Sides include red beans and rice, coleslaw, hush puppies, corn, okra, and green beans. Lexi, our server, went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Our food was prepared exactly as we ordered, and the portion sizes for each entree were generous. The whole fried fish was outstanding, and the shrimp was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend Sam's Southern Eatery to anyone passing through, as well as to locals. Thank you all for a delicious and enjoyable meal!
