Chick-fil-a - Montville

The tables were dirty and there were only four of them. The prices were extremely high for a Chick-fil-A, $17 for a grilled chicken deluxe meal? The staff was friendly overall, but one guy with long blonde hair and a blue shirt was seen wiping his nose while serving food.

This restaurant was amazing. A chef named Rory prepared our meal quickly and it was delicious. The owner of this establishment deserves to be the president.

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. They didn't say "my pleasure" after I thanked them three separate times. I don't just come to Chick-fil-A for the food, I come to hear those simple two words. But they couldn't even bother to say them to me. I will not be returning to this Chick-fil-A and I suggest boycotting it throughout the state of Connecticut. Step up your game, Chick-fil-A. Step up.

We went on a Thursday afternoon, not a long line. We ordered spicy chicken deluxe meal, chicken deluxe meal, 2 ice cream cups for the kids. This was our first time trying Chick fil A. Maybe it was the location, but this was not good at all. Thesandwiches were lukewarm. The waffle fries, were not crispy, appeared to be undercooked. They need to replace the seatingbooths inside this establishment, they are ripped! The employees seemed like they couldn't wait to get out of there. Had toaddress an employee who was sweeping around the customers and not saying excuse me. Basic manners go a long way. Overall, Iwould not recommend this location. I am willing to try another Chick fil A location, as a lot of people say it's good. Not thisone. ????????????

We went this past saturday, the casino was PACKED (as expected). Waited about 20 min in line before getting close enough to see signs everywhere stating this location is only serving combos 1-3 (reg chkn sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich and/or nuggets)and literally THATS IT. You cannot order ANY milkshakes, frosted lemonade, fruit, wraps and grilled chicken ANYTHING. ABSOLUTELYDISAPPOINTING! Funny thing is though, we went about a week and a half prior (not on a weekend, nowhere near as packed)...and theentire menu WAS available. It really makes me wonder if they only did that to make it easier on themselves. Its patheticactually that they have pictures decorating the place with all these items they wont serve you. ???? Not worth going back.
