Allo Mon Coco - Montrã‰al

First time is this place. No regrets, clean, good service, good food and great ambiance. A had a great Sunday breakfast!

Came here for brunch,you must come early as there was a huge lineup at 11 already! Friendly staff, fresh food, great selection.

I went there before meetings with a colleague. The menu had many, many choices on it. The coffee was very good. I had the logger breakfast: three eggs, home fries covered in cheese, bacon, roast pork, baked beans and cretons. The food was very fresh and delicious, and the quantity of food significant. I could not finish it all. I will definitely go again. I wish they had locations in the Toronto area.

Walked in for an omelet that comes with toast , potatoes etc.Waiter asked what type of a cheese topping would i like on my potatoes .surprise surprise , a 2.95 extra charged was on the bill for what the waiter made it sound like it comes with the 14.00 Omelet !When I question the charged i was told it is indicated " somewhere on the menu" .So my take on Allo mon coco is goodbye mon coco .

Food was what one can expect from a regular breakfast joint. However a detail that was not appreciated especially when service is sub-par; getting the interact machine and seeing that it's set at 20% tip as a default considering the price is after tax. This can be looked at as dishonesty!
