Trinque Fougasse - Montpellier

Excellent restaurant, one of the best I've been to. The portions are huge and the food is very tasty. The cuisine is French, fusion. Service is OK. I strongly recommend it,

Just wanted a table for 2 and we’re escorted to a small table for 2 even though the restaurant was empty and we were so early 5pm. A larger table was arrogantly declined! We have been often at this restaurant and we always had to juggle our food on the too small tables!!

We wanted a light supper on arrival in Montpellier. Trinque Fougasse hit the spot beautifully. A plate of charcuterie, hummus, tapenade and mozzarella with some raw vegetables and bread was more than enough for two. All accompanied by delicious glasses of wine. Convivial atmosphere and helpful service made for a great first evening in this lovely city.

Thanks to the whole team for keeping the surprise for my darling's birthday! You played until the very end when we ordered the dish the birthday will remain in our excellent memories. you have made us live a good time of sharing, pleasure and conviviality in these complicated times. Thanks again!

A friendly place, interesting to choose its glass at discretion after tasting. the boards are in the style raised the fingers: full of good things to nibble or devour. Very nice with friends. We're not given, but we're going out without hunger and smile!
