I think I've found someone who makes Neapolitan pizza the best of monterotondo. the location very nice while the prices are slightly higher than the average. I will definitely come back to eat from them!
We stayed in this pizzeria on the evening of 29 May, as after hearing about it eccelsically we wanted to try. The place is small, a little uncomfortable outdoors where you have to sit on the slope. We arrive, we scan the menu and comes the waitress to take the ordinations, 1 pumpkin flower, 3 pizzas two with Neapolitan dough and 1 to the Roman .it enriches the almost invisible pumpkin flower but according to my good wife. The pizzas arrive, the well-cooked Roman and the other 2 Neapolitan styles with the cornice slightly uncooked to view the wet transparency of color doifference the most eclatating fact is that the pizza dough is made with cereal flour with seeds included. My wife ate it and said it was not bad, but leaving the cornices showyly raw, I sent back the pizza as it was not specified in the menu and much less it was reannunciated by the waitress that the dough is cereal flour. this is not admissible, the main ingredient of pizza is simple flour 00 and 0 and if other flour is oata it is compulsoryly written and brought to the knowledge of the customer. What's more beautiful and that when I noticed my discomfort the waitress said we put it in the box so you bring it home and eat it his wife, instead you should ask me if you want anything else!.cmq in the context we say that as a pizzeria is not bad should at least bring to the information of the customers the modified ingredients for the original pizza dough even because many people could have serious problems at the level of allergies. For the kitchen I can't say anything since it's not proven. Care for more information and care is paid to customers especially those not fixed. Before I came to dinner here and what to say! from the starter and to finish the dessert was all perfect. all very good is kind waiters, friendly and nice to come back definitely. the pizzaiolo besides that he is nice is very good in his work excellent pizza
In the heart of the historic center of monterotondo there is this small and intimate place, which offers in summer also the possibility to enjoy a dinner on the terrace. I started the dinner by ordering some appetizers and I enjoyed the artichoke to the judia and the meatballs to the ascolana, but they may not meet the gorges of many. In fact they are worked differently than the classic olives to the ascolana, being the olive grind together with the meat, and the consistency of the meat is much softer. I personally liked it very much. Let's talk about pizzas: here you can order both with the Roman and Neapolitan dough. I opted for the first. I ordered a more buffalo (pomodoro, mozzarella, buffalo in raw, parmesan and basil) and I can only praise the crispness and lightness of the dough that I digested with extreme ease. to close I took a well done tiramisu, balanced and creamy the right. I tasted the sweet supplied to the nutella but they did not meet my coats: slightly salty (I imagined them sweeter) and lacked the nutella thrust that in my opinion was perhaps too little compared to the rice ball. I mean, better! staff present, kind and attentive to the customer. absolutely to come back.
