Roy's At Pebble Beach - Monterey

I had a delightful dinner at Roy. Our server was very knowledgeable about the wine list, and my wife enjoyed a fantastic Chardonnay. We shared the scallop appetizer and the crispy Brussels sprouts salad, both of which were exceptional. For our main courses, we had the salmon and the fresh fish special of the day, which was sea bass. The salmon was good, but the sea bass was outstanding. The service was excellent, and we were able to enjoy a beautiful sunset as well.

I had a delightful dinner here recently, in April 2022. I opted for a light meal that included a firecracker sushi roll and a warm spinach salad with heirloom tomatoes. The service was professional, and my needs were addressed promptly and thoughtfully. There are several restaurants within the Spanish Bay Resort, but this one came highly recommended by three different individuals familiar with the resort.

Roy's was incredible! It was a picture perfect evening, the ambience of the restaurant is classy and comfortable, the food was sensational and the service was exceptional. We truly had a wonderful evening and we hope to be back very soon.

Always fun hanging out with my one and only love in the Pebble beach area. All the Golf, the beaches, restaurants, nature. The best ever in Central California, God bless and peace to all.

Roy was fantastic! I celebrated my 30th birthday with friends, and we had an amazing time. We couldn't stop enjoying ourselves all night long. Our favorite dish was the hardfish, which was an absolute delight. The service was excellent as well. We spent some time relaxing with drinks at the Fore pits and enjoyed the live band throughout the night. It was a completely effortless experience.
