My husband and I both had the menu. Nicely presented and delicious. I did not have the wine pairings because of being the designated driver, however my husband did. Each wine chosen with the dish complemented each plate. Can recommend.

Absolutely perfect Sunday lunch! Lovely food beautifully presented and delicious wine! Tasting menu was great and the service was good too.

My wife and I had the traditional tasting menu, which was five delicious courses with generously poured Salvano wines pairings. Local dishes were prepared elegantly, all courses were incredible but the highlight for us was the Plin (little “pinches” of pasta filled with meat and vegetables). Service was very friendly and attentive but not rushed. Overall this was great value for money dishes as good as this would be at least double the price in any major city I would highly recommend Fosco Bistrot.

Impeccable! I begin immediately with the clarification of the incredible friendliness and professionalism of the girls who welcomed me and served at the table. As for the meal I can only admit to being ocito from there proud to have taken, the afternoon itself, the decision to give me a lonely dinner in this intimate and elegant bistro. I did not opt for a degotation menu, but I preferred to choose the dishes from the à la carte menu: cod and cabbage as appetizer and, to follow, the fillet of sturgeon (deliction! smoked with raw cherry tomatoes and flash eggs, as second. I skipped the first dish to devote to dessert and in fact I wanted to taste apple peel with caramel mascarpone cream. I mean, it's worth a night.
