Al Lago Pizzeria - Möhnesee

Eine sehr großzügige Karte. Das Personal wirkte sehr freundlich und engagiert. Pizza und Nudelgericht schmeckte hervorragend. Der Salat war lecker aber ein bisschen lieblos. Preis/Leistung war gut.

The food in Al Lago was OK: not disappointing, but not exceptional. The main advantage of the place is the location, an ideal starting point for a beautiful walk on Lake Mohnesee. The big plus for the Al Lago are operating hours (by 11 a.m.), so it is the best place to stop for late evening snack when you stay in the area and most places are already closed. The staff could be a bit more beautiful, a welcoming smile would earn another star in the overall assessment. When I entered the place, I felt a bit unwilling until a conversation with the staff I passed. It has shown that staff are also people!

It's not posh, so not for you when fine food is what you are. Excellent pizzas, pasta and other dishes, and great salads in a relaxing atmosphere. We met the local MX5 Owners Club group there and enjoyed it so much we went back the next...day. In my experience it is quite impossible to get a bad food in Germany.
