Bidrage med feedbackI had really high expectations after all my research for this restaurant pro-ported to feature recipes from forgotten flavors. And while it is certainly popular with the very large patio packed on a Monday night, for me the food and flavors were just meh. While prices were very reasonable, the quality and flavor of the food just didn't compare to other places we've dined on our week in Sicily. Again it was super popular with people who all seemed to be enjoying themselves so maybe it's just me or our menu choices but the pastas seemed very food-service, the bread was dense and flavorless and the entrees rather ordinary. This spots not for me.
Molto delusa da quest'osteria, più una tavola calda che un ristorante, molto turistico. Da evitare.
We found the food cold and bland. At least the sausage was cold. I don't understand the rave reviews for this place. I believe it's a tourist trap. We were exploring the city late at night and after buying some chocolate, the shop owner gave us an unsolicited spiel about eating here. After he sold us on the place, he called them up to save us a table and gave us directions. I don't know, I think tripe is way too traditional for my tastes.
We ordered salad, pasta, chicken, mixed grill and pork in tomato sauce with bottle of Gulfi Nerojbleo It was 8 of us and we were seated right away.
Guidato da recensioni positive, abbiamo anche deciso di provare questo ristorante. personale cordiale e cortese, i tavoli all'aperto rendono la cena molto piacevole anche se sono un po' troppo vicini. il menù è ricco di piatti tipici di Modena/Ragusani. buon antipasto misto con salsicce di formaggio, ottima pasta con salsa di carne e buon stufato di carne accompagnato da un'enorme cipolla di jarratana cotta nel forno. buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, anche tenendo conto che il locale si trova proprio nel corso centrale di modificaca.
