Jimmy John's - Mission

I ordered lunch on Monday, but it was never delivered. When I called the restaurant, I was informed that my order couldn't be delivered due to a lack of drivers. They shouldn’t have charged my card if they knew the delivery was not possible. I requested a refund and was told only the regional manager could handle that. I've now been waiting for four days and still haven’t received my refund. I’m very frustrated and will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

The sandwiches are consistently delicious, and the staff is very polite. I had a bit of a mix-up with my order and received the wrong sandwich, but it was eventually resolved, so I didn’t get a chance to get a new one. The girl I spoke with on the phone was very apologetic and refunded my order, even offering to replace it the next day, which she did. Thank you for making it right! The customer service is excellent.

I’m a fan of the Bootlegger club sandwich, as I think the roast beef pairs wonderfully with the turkey. However, be aware that roast beef can vary greatly in flavor from place to place—it's not a consistent category. In summary, I really like JJ’s. Just a note about their 'unwich': the fillings are designed to complement bread, so without it, some people find the taste can be quite salty. I'm not criticizing; I'm simply sharing my experience.

The staff is consistently friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is always clean. Whether I order in-store or online for pickup, they are quick with my orders. However, the delivery service leaves something to be desired. I live only about five minutes away, but it typically takes 20 to 30 minutes for my delivery to arrive, which isn't as fast as I'd hoped. On a positive note, they are very proactive in resolving issues. My order was missing an item once, and when I called, they sent someone right away to deliver what was missing, which I really appreciated.

Located just outside Ikea, provides the day service Jimmy Johns is known for. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Take the entrance next to the gas station and circle around for the easiest access.
