The Tavern Grill - Minnetonka

Ordered through Doordash, it was still nice and hot when we received it and it was made perfectly! If we are ever traveling through here again...if order exactly the same order as today!!! It was perfect! ?

Eaten here on a few occasions, food is hit or miss. Group of five last week and every dish was cooked beyond well-done. Inedible and very disappointing for all of us. The servers lack personality, too stoic and cold. Feels like the customer is just a cog in the machine. The location and atmosphere is okay, not anything memorable. Just another bar and grill with servers and cooks inattentive to their work.

Burger was great, service was slow. We ordered more beer and ended up asking for our bill since it took so long.

We went there with our two young children. Ordered the Mac cheese for my 20month old. The Mac cheese looked like it was sitting out for a long time because with pastas it usually changes color if it’s been sitting out for a while. There was absolutely no sauce in the mac cheese…very dry.I ordered the cilantro lime chicken and found a piece of hair in one of the chicken skewers and that was disgusting because I had already eaten half of the food.The server barely paid anything to us. Won’t be coming back to this location at all.

Food average. Ordered a Martini. It was very weak. Waiter got order wrong. He gave the three of us a side order of onion rings. We ordered the full order. Didn't realize it until we asked him if the Tavern changed the sizes of onion ring orders. Too late to send back. No compensation for screwed up order.
