Taqueria Victor Hugo #2 - Minneapolis

I absolutely adore this food truck! I've had the barbacoa quesadilla several times, and it has always been amazing. I’m eager to return and try more items from the menu!

It was busy on a Saturday night with 3-4 orders before and immediately after mine. The wait to order was short and only about a 10-15 minute wait for food, which felt perfectly reasonable.The prices are fair and the quality and portion sizes are excellent. Cash, card and pay-by-phone all appear to be accepted there. The menu breaks down as follows (as of June 2023):Burrito $12.00Taco $3.50Quesadilla $9.00Torta $11.00Alambre $13.00Elote $3.00Tried the Asada, Tinga, Barbacoa, and Cachete tacos. All of them are fantastic.

My favorite place in the area! Pretty much everything on the menu is good. They never get my order wrong. Friendly and fast. I frequent this location all the time and the tacos are always fresh and tasty.Food: 5/5
