Bruegger's Bagels - Minneapolis

I've visited this restaurant over 40 times in the last decade, at all different times of day. The quality of the food and service has consistently matched that of the six other Bruegger's I've been to in the past 30 years. Typically, service ranges from 2 to 15 minutes. After a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic and having seen numerous complaints, I returned today and was pleased to see familiar faces behind the counter. My two sandwiches and dozens of bagels were ready in about 3 minutes. Everyone was friendly, and my order was just as perfect as always. I was excited to find out I could pay with my credit card (which I've been requesting for years), but I was a bit disappointed that the maximum tip was limited to 10%. Thanks for a great dinner!

This is the worst Bruegger's location I've ever visited! Regardless of how long the line is, there are always two employees just standing around behind the counter. I just left, having only a short lunch break, and the guy behind the counter spent five minutes fiddling with a towel instead of taking my order. I simply wanted plain bagels in a bag, unsliced. It should never take more than three minutes to get in and out. I won't be coming back!

I had my first visit to this restaurant yesterday and was truly impressed by the general manager and the staff. The food was outstanding as well. I highly recommend this place!

This charming café beautifully blends a coffee shop with a bagel shop, serving up delicious bagel sandwiches. You can enjoy the warm ambiance indoors or unwind on the sidewalk seating.

Incredibly inviting atmosphere! The staff is outstanding; they definitely deserve a raise!
