Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

I like this Braum’s but today I wanted a vanilla shake and they handed it to me with the lid halfway off and ice cream all over the cup so I got ice cream all over me and my car. Not trying to be a Karen but it did kinda suck.

This Braums dies it all good food,great ice cream, and a handy little grocery department as well, and I have frequently stopped in all three areas. The staff is courteous and always helpful.Kid-friendliness: I have taken my granddaughter in, and we have gotten an ice cream, and she was treated like a little lady.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are slide open, and they have tables that are wheelchair accessible

Nice staff but have not had a correct order given to me once. Average time to recieve simple orders is about 20 minutes. Very disappointed with this location.

I’m just tired of this place constantly getting my order wrong. I will not be returning to this location.

Worst in the city. The drinks are always watered down. They mess up the burgers every single time. I will never come to this place again
