Red Corner China Diner - Midvale

I'm from Pingxiang, Jiangxi. We were traveling and ordered shredded pepper potatoes, which were very crispy. Stir-fried pork, the substitute for jalapeños is especially delicious. Boiled pork slices fish, this is the most delicious boiled pork slices I have eaten in the United States! I’ll leave it to future friends to comment on the taste of other dishes. Recommended for those who want to eat Chinese stir-fries. This is my first time giving a review!

This is my go-to place for phenomenal Chinese food. Whether you order it to go to be delivered or to eat in store you can't go wrong. One of my favorite dishes I've ever had is their chicken chow mein. Their prices are reasonable and I love that they have a dinner for one, a dinner for two, or dinner for four. The only thing I would advise caution on is that when it says it's spicy, they mean it is incredibly spicy.

I love the food here but I was disappointed when my boyfriend and I ordered food on my birthday. My boyfriend got the pork fried rice and when he was eating it, he found a STAPLE. Luckily he saw it before eating it but this is very concerning.

Salt and Pepper Fish. That is all you need to know. Everything here is great, but this is the best salt and pepper fish in the west.

First what was good about this place. They have very reasonable lunch prices and the portions are good for the price. They gave free cream cheese wontons for first time customers and a good amount of them too! The food was still warm when picking it up. Now the reason I didn’t give them more than 2 stars is because the food we got was just not very good. I ordered the generals tso chicken with fried rice and a side of noodles. I’d say it’s definitely below average. I did have high expectations for this place but unfortunately it didn’t exceed them.
