Burger King - Midvale

This used to be the best location, but it's terrible now. I went about a week ago and the broiler was down. It took a half hour to get 2 nuggets kids meals. Then when I went yesterday I think the girl was on something. She kept scratching her face and neck. I told her she shouldn't be touching her face or hair while working and was given a dirty look. When she brought out the food she dropped the tray down. The tables were dirty and they weren't busy on the inside. And the play area is always cold.

The staff here is lazy and have no customer service skills. i went there and the person in front of us forgot their card because of the person working the drive thru. then, when we got up there she kept closing the window on us when we would talk, then she almost forgot to give us our card.

This is the worst Service I have ever Seen! Despite sitting in drive-thru waiting for 20 minutes for our order with no other Cars around. Despite not getting some of our meal that we payed for and had to turn around for. But it was the attitude of the Server! After arguing and showing her the receipt. There was no sorry or apology but it was as if we were in the wrong for asking for our missing food we payed for! At the end just throw at my wife Here you go! As if we where not welcomed there! Well Wife is never going there again for sure! If there was No star you would get that!

Terrible experience. Every order I've placed has been canceled. A family member used to work at a nearby location that shut down, and I was very hesitant about ordering from any Burger Kings after hearing about it… and unfortunately, my concerns were justified. Save your time and avoid this place. Maybe ordering in person might guarantee you some food, but any other method seems to leave you empty-handed and, if you're lucky, with a refund.

My wife's absolute favorite fast food burger place. The burgers are always served hot and taste incredible.
