Bidrage med feedbackI visit this restaurant quite often, at least once a month for dining in, and it’s always enjoyable. The portion sizes are generous, and I usually leave with some leftovers. However, today I ordered takeout, and it felt like I got food from a completely different place. There was no seasoning, everything was dry, the steak was overcooked, and I received only half the amount of rice compared to when I dine in, yet I paid the same price. The broccoli was undercooked and tasted off, almost like it was going bad. I specifically requested broccoli and zucchini, but instead, I received broccoli and mushrooms.
This is a teppanyaki restaurant featuring a large iron grill at the center, with tables all around. A chef performs energetically while cooking your meal. After ordering chicken teriyaki and another dish, I enjoyed a beer while waiting for the show to begin. Once the chef arrived, he started preparing fried rice and sautéed vegetables, even creating volcanoes out of the ingredients for added entertainment. The food was delicious, and although I'm not sure why it's called a Japanese steakhouse, it didn’t really matter. Overall, it was a fun and tasty experience!
I was out dining with friends, and one of them had a seafood allergy. She informed the cook about it, but unfortunately, they still included seafood in her meal, which contaminated her food and made her feel unwell. Thankfully, her allergy was mild, but what if it had been more severe? I hope they are more careful next time! On a positive note, the food was delicious, although the rice was a bit too crunchy for my taste.
Beautiful restaurant, great friendly staff, and even better food. Never a bad experience.
