Their bread tastes great and is high quality but their loaves have gotten 25% smaller recently. A lot smaller loaves for the same price. Super lame trick. Won?t be buying from them anymore.

This place makes serious bread. A loaf weighs a full 2 pounds, 32 ounces! Nobody else equals that. We like 9-Grain and their Pumpkin Raisin bread.

Employees are rude and their hours are insanely short. Why close at 5pm before dinner? A shame cause their food is really good and the bread is so tasty. Too bad. They could be a dope dinner sandwich spot if they hired some new people and had better hours. Just buy their bread from the grocery store so you don't have to deal with the lady at the counter or the hours.

I absolutely love this establishment and their bread! I get bread spelt from here weekly and you can even special order buns and things if you need to. The staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! Their cookies are soooooo delicious as well! I wish this were a chain so that I could enjoy their bread no matter where I am!

Wow, this sandwich was amazing! I initially ordered just half, but now I'm seriously thinking about getting another half—or even a full one. I devoured it so quickly that I didn’t have a chance to snap a picture. If you’re on the hunt for a fantastic sandwich shop in Midlothian, Prairie Grain definitely delivers. I'm definitely craving more!
