Jimmy John's - Midlothian

The experience was quite disappointing. The bread was hard and served cold, and the food failed to meet expectations. Additionally, the service could use some improvement.

I wasn't really impressed with this restaurant. The bread was dry and tough. While the prices are reasonable and the service was fast, the sandwiches contained very little meat unless you paid extra, which I thought was a bit steep. It would also be great if they offered a wider variety of condiments and toppings. On the bright side, the location is conveniently next to a Wawa, which makes it a good choice for groups with varying tastes. Unfortunately, during my visit, the music was quite loud, and when I mentioned it, my concern wasn't addressed.

I’m quite disappointed with my recent dining experience. I paid for a meal, but my requests were entirely ignored. I had specifically asked for pickles, Dijon mustard, and just a little bit of mayo. Instead, I got a sandwich drenched in mayo, with a tiny piece of turkey, and no trace of either Dijon or pickles. I’m really not impressed at all.

I was quite disappointed to discover that my Tuna Club sandwich didn’t contain any tuna. How does that even happen? It was really unsatisfactory. The second sandwich did have tuna, but the French bread was so hard that it tasted stale. Once again, it was very disappointing. On a positive note, the delivery driver was polite and sincerely apologized for the first mistake. He was a nice young man. However, the person responsible for making the sandwiches really needs to be retrained or possibly let go. I'm not sure what the solution is, but it looks like you've lost a long-time customer tonight, especially since this is the second time I've received a sandwich without tuna.

I ordered the turkey sandwich with cucumbers and requested salt and pepper packets on the side.
