Bidrage med feedbackAs soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the impressive variety of empanadas available, so we chose to start our meal with a couple of assortments—both baked and fried. Each was cooked to perfection: the baked empanadas were neither too doughy nor dry, and the fried ones were delightfully crispy without being greasy. My favorites, which I highly recommend, were the mushroom, ham and cheese, corn, and sausage empanadas. The sausage was particularly outstanding—I've never tasted one that could rival it! For our main courses, I opted for something from their lunch menu, which is very reasonably priced. You can get Argentinian sandwiches with soup or grilled items with a side and a cup of wine. I chose the NY strip steak cooked to a perfect medium-rare, accompanied by their recommended beet potato salad, which I absolutely loved. My boyfriend and I also decided to share a few smaller items: morcilla (blood sausage), Argentinian chorizo, and sweetbreads. The blood sausage was the best I’ve ever had—I often order it from other places, but this was on another level. I had never tried sweetbreads before, and they were simply AMAZING, perfectly cooked. I’ll definitely be back just for those! I can’t wait to return, and meeting the owner, Carla, was a true pleasure. She’s a passionate butcher who took the time to explain her menu to us. It was clear that she wholeheartedly supports the local community and fellow Argentinian restaurant owners, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend checking this place out! The food was delicious and flavorful. Our two servers greeted us with friendly smiles and excellent courtesy. This is an Argentinian restaurant, meat market, and bakery where you can enjoy cocktails, wines, desserts, as well as breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
I absolutely love this restaurant! Everything, from the empanadas to the meat selection, is delicious! Thank you, Carla and Sergio, for your attentive service and remarkable attention to detail. I can't wait to return with my family!
Los Tanitos is a true treasure in Miami. I've been a loyal customer since I moved here in 2002 when they were located at 137th and 88th Street. This place embodies the spirit of a delightful family-run butcher shop. The staff is incredibly attentive and always remembers my name, warmly greeting me every time I walk in. The empanadas are fantastic, with the spicy meat being my personal favorite. Today, I want to highlight the amazing cut of Vacio I recently tried. The meat was incredibly tender and juicy; I simply sprinkled on some sea salt, threw it on the grill, and that was all it needed! The flavor was outstanding. Thank you, Los Tanitos and @chetanitamiami, for your unwavering support of the community and your customers. Here’s to many more BBQs ahead!
The Argentinian cuisine at this restaurant is excellent! They have a wide variety of wines and other tasty Argentinian dishes. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
