Where do I begin?Wanted to dine inside. Doors were unlocked. 45 minutes after posted opening hour. Person behind the counter yelled at me that they were closed and drive thru only.Got back into my car and bought my two piece at the drive thru. Only 45minutes into the day and the chicken tasted old ie. not fresh, and very greasy.While parked in the parking lot eating it a KFC team member in uniform backed his car into mine. Claimed he hadn't seen my car. Mind you it is 12:15 on a sunny day. My car wasn't damaged but how do you not see a Jeep Patriot? He said that his name was Joaquin so Iaskedhimwhy his name tag said Gabriel He had I answer for that.
I’d give negative 5 stars but I cant, super disrespectful staff Ellie was extremely rude made us re-order 3 times and everyone in that store is extremely slow and rude, just wanted to order food but they had an issue with everything. They also gave a “chicken” sandwich that tasted nothing near like chicken.
Idk if I already posted a review about this location. i just hope that this message gets to corporate because the store needs some good management.The window lady is horrible. Her customer service is at a very low level. She will call you by mima or mama or papo She will tell you to wait a second through the speaker; will wait 10 whole minutes for her to get back to you. After 3 minutes waiting if you say ma'am she will definitely get mad and her attitude will change. The drive through lane is always larger than a line to enter a fair...... She never get the order right. I ordered 2 large gravy... instead she gave me 2 small gravy but charged for a lrge size and when I asked her why she said the size changed; now this is a large .... I went to the Hialeah location and ordered 2 large gravy. Guess what; I got 2 large gravy.... on the drive through speaker there is a paper that says that due to staff shortage they dont have all the items on the menu available. I still dont know what a shortage of staff has to do with the menu... but oh well....Conclusion. Please avoid at all cost going to this location.....
I ordered via Drive-Thru and had such a horrible experience. I wanted to order a meal and additional side of large fries, while ordering I changed the type of soda and the person taking my order said okay as if she had acknowledged the entire order. When I get to the window Elixandra gives me the wrong soda, and I tell her that it was a Pepsi and she huff and puffed and I’m checking the bag and she didn’t put the large fries in my order. All of this is happening as she is talking on her personal phone (which i believe it is not allowed) I then requested the large fries and she proceeded to tell me that I needed to learn how to order. As she is doing that she proceeds to give me the same soda she had initially given me and I tell her it is the wrong and she again huff and puffed as if I’m the one making her screw up. Long story short she was very disrespectful and didn’t want to take ownership of her mistake and told me that if I can do better to take her job.
